I am going to describe a picture by EDWARD HOPPER . The picture name is "office at night ". In this picture I see a man sit in his office at night and keep on the the office light,and reading a paper in his hand. His office looks kind of messy. Next to the office owner is a woman. The woman looks at the man while he is reading the paper. The woman looks so thin. I think she is the secretary and her jab is to help the office owner. In front of the man's office there is another office. I think it is the woman's office. And in the woman office there is an old writing machine. I think the woman uses it to help the man with his work. From the picture's title (office at night) I think ther are working at night.

I understand a lot from this picture. The man sits in the office and read some thing in the paper, reads an important thing and while he reads the paper he orders from his secretary some thing; because of that, the woman in the picture is opening the file safe and taking out the man's order. Also because this an importane thing they are working at night. The picture makes me feel about the responsibility and how they are really working hard even during the night. In my opinoin this pisture is a very expressive picture,and i like it.

I will describe picture C in the core boon in page 75. This picture looks like sad and quiet painting people in the painting look like all of them wear a black dresses, and they are very busy. Three children in the painting play in front of a big building has a big door. I think it looks like a religous building. In the background of the painting, I see houses and old trees or in another word dead trees. Also far away from this small town I see a mountain, a big mountain. Anyway i think it will help the people in this small town to get food from it. Also i think it looks like a very old town but how ever this small town has connected with the electricity because I see the electric cables connect with the houses and the big building in the town. In this painting i see the artist use of an exciting way and style to draw in, becaues the picture looks like it has three parts, The first one indvdes the down side of the painting. The second one looks like the next side in the picture. The last parts is the background. Finally I think it is a good and very exciting painting.
